Thank you for choosing our handcrafted aromatherapy roller blends! Each bottle is thoughtfully prepared using high-quality essential oils and fractionated coconut oil to support your wellness goals naturally.

Returns

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of aromatherapy products, returns are only accepted if:

• The roller blends are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate the return.

Please email essentiallyrustic@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.

Opened or used roller blends cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for roller blend sets unless you receive the wrong item or a damaged product.

If your package arrives damaged or contains the incorrect blend, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll be happy to replace or correct it.

Custom Blend Requests

If you’re interested in a custom blend or substitution, feel free to reach out before placing your order! Custom combinations are non-refundable once prepared.
