This diffuser necklace is custom made with a silver plated circle locket diffuser, a handmade wire wrapped bead, a charm, and a silver white plated twisted cross 20” necklace chain. Longer chains are available on request.

Essential Oil Diffuser Necklace Aromatherapy Necklace Locket Spring Butterfly
To use, simply open the locket and place 2-3 drops of your favorite essential oil on the pad and enjoy the therapeutic benefits all day long! Oil should last 2-3 days, depending on strength. If you want to change your oil, let the pad dry out for 2-3 days, or replace the pad. Your diffuser necklace will come with 2 re-usable suede pads to use with different scents. Extra suede pads are available for purchase.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
Due to the personal nature of essential oils and jewelry worn close to the body, we accept returns on unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging (including gift bag and instruction card).

Essential oil samples must be unopened and unused.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind.
Exchanges
We’re happy to offer exchanges for different chain lengths, charms, or oil samples, if the item is still in brand-new condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to begin an exchange.
Custom Orders
Custom-made or personalized items (such as longer chains or specific bead/charm combinations) are non-refundable, but we want you to be happy! Please reach out if there’s an issue, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at essentiallyrustic@gmail.com with photos and your order details. We’ll make sure you receive a replacement as quickly as possible.
